How Can I pay my premium?   

For safety measures and  to limit direct and face to face interaction, for your convenience we are providing the following channels for collections:

  • Fawry options, Fawry call center may guide for the nearest available touch point. Or paying through any other Fawry digital gateways as (online payment gate way, Mobile wallets, banking networks (ATMs), . . .etc.)
  • Depositing premiums in any of our bank accounts. (copy of bank deposit receipt to be sent by e-mail on Egyptcollection-support@metlife.com with advising which amount on which policy)
  • Bank /wire transfer On HSBC bank accounts. (copy of bank deposit receipt to be sent by e-mail on Egyptcollection-support@metlife.com with advising which amount on which policy)
