Medical eCards FAQs

Once you log in to the mobile app. For the first time, please make sure that you take a screenshot of your eCard and save it on your phone to be used in case of emergencies.

 

Yes, the MetLife eServices app can be used from more than one device using the same credentials.

The welcome e-mail is to introduce our new eCard and mobile app. services. You should click on “Retrieve Password” to get your temporary password, use it to log in for the first time and start enjoying our services.  Please note that the “Retrieve Password” link expires after 14 days. If the link expires, you will need to open the app. press “Sign In”, press “Forgot Password”, and enter your e-mail. Please note that the reset password link that will be sent to your email is valid for 24 hours.

  1. Open the MetLife eServices app.
  2. Press “sign in” then press “Forgot/Reset Password”.
  3. Add the e-mail you previously registered with and press “Submit”.
  4. Follow the steps you will receive in the e-mail that will be sent to you.

 

Please note that the reset password link is valid for 24 hours.

Please follow the steps on the mobile app to create a new password.

Members should provide a valid national ID for medical providers. Dependents under the age of 16 should provide any of their parent’s valid national ID

You should add the e-mail you first registered with.

First Refer to your HR team to check if the e-mail they provided to MetLife is correct. If you still require further assistance, please reach out to our customer support team on number 19097 or e-mail BFEgyptCustomerServices@metlife.com

 

The welcome email is sent to only those who haven’t previously registered on the mobile app.

If you didn’t receive a welcome email and haven’t registered before, please refer to your HR team and ensure they provided us with your correct e-mail.
